The FreeScan Combo Series offers laser scanning modes capable of achieving industrial-grade accuracy of 0.02 mm*, making it an excellent choice for metrology-grade applications.
*Accuracy based on VDI/VDE 2634 standards. Sphere-spacing error is measured using traceable length artifacts and markers, evaluated at multiple positions and orientations within the working volume. Testing is conducted in an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified accuracy lab under controlled environmental conditions: temperature 20 ± 0.5°C and humidity between 40%–60% RH.
Its multiple line mode projects up to 50 laser lines (FreeScan Combo+ version) and achieves scanning speeds of up to 3,600,000 points per second for fast and efficient data acquisition.
